Our client is a fast-growing specialist in their field. Who are looking for a customer service representative on a temp to perm basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Manage conflicts effectively and provide meaningful solutions.
  • Record detailed notes in the CRM system after each interaction.
  • Anticipate customer needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle damage, loss, and contract management.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet and exceed targets.
