They are looking for someone who has excellent customer service experience, as well as experience working in a fast-paced working environment dealing with high volume of incoming calls!

Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers
• Processing customer orders 
• Booking in scheduled deliveries 
• Handling compliants 
• Deal with incoming calls that come in
• Make sure customers details are correct on the system
• Work closely with the sales team
