FULLY REMOTE MONDAY - FRIDAY !

URGENTLY SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES CANDIDATES ! My client is looking for an individual that and has excellent customer service experience, happy to be on the phone dealing with any questions and queries, taking on leads and building the relationship.

TEMPORARY ROLE

  • Role: Customer Service/Sales
  • Salary: £15.00 an hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
  • REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME
  • Start date: Monday19th August
  • Temporary for 5-6 weeks

Duties:

       ?The primary role of the Lead Response Rep is to react to our customer’s needs promptly and to give them a great experience              when reaching out to company.

  • ?Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact to meet or exceed required daily sales activities.
  • Maintain a 3x transparent pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Excellent at analysing sales data and applying it to drive the sales process
  • Willing to follow sales methodologies and processes using our designed systems
  • Can powerfully present the Value Proposition for the business, our cloud-based platform, live or online, to engineering users, teams, and management
  • Exceeds given targets and can drive the potential of the market
  • Maintain all Salesforce process requirements
  • Can master the product line and technologies to be able to talk about them fluently to technical audiences
