Customer Service Specialist - Job Vacancy
Location - Loughton, IG10
Pay rate - PH based on a £25,600 salary
Duration - 12 months, potential for extention
Shift pattern - Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Position Summary

? The operation is producing inks preparation, Screen Printed electrodes, foiled packaged
electrodes used for self or medical diagnosis
? The electrodes have to be produced to the strict guidelines of the Standard Operation Procedures
(SOP) for each operation in the process

Key responsibilities
You are responsible for providing support in customer service functions in order to continue to provide our customers with the very best service possible. To achieve this you will be expected to;

  • Work methodically to ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and that workload is prioritised appropriately to meet agreed SLA's / KPI's
  • Accurately complete all tasks performed which may include but are not limited to;
  • Fixed Site and Medical Centre Bookings
  • Management of medical centre openings
  • Chemist on Call
  • Answer customer queries via the telephone and email
  • Dashboard administration tasks

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • A dynamic team player who is collaborative but leads by example
  • IT literate with a good level of experience in Word, Excel & Outlook
