Here at Reed, we are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist.

  • Annual Salary: £26,000 plus up to £1,100 bonus
  • Location: Swindon
  • Job Type: Temporary to permanent. Full-time with Hybrid working option allowing up to 2 days working from home per week, upon completion of training and full competency in the role.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the satisfaction of retail fleet customers. This position involves extensive communication with customers through phone and email, ensuring all incidents are captured and handled professionally, meeting, or exceeding service expectations.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Communicate with customers over the phone and via email, addressing complaints, providing advice, and offering support.
  • Capture and handle incidents professionally, within or ideally exceeding, agreed service levels.
  • Identify and resolve core issues to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Remain customer-focused, build rapport, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
  • Ensure thoroughness in satisfying customer requirements and problem-solving to deliver the best possible service.
