Customer Service Team Leader
My client is a leading insurance services company. Thy are looking for a skilled team leader to join their customer service team based at modern offices in the centre of Haywards Heath.
The role will involve management of a team of customer service executives within a regulated financial services environment, day to day coaching and mentoring, performance appraisals and attendance management.
Hours of work are 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working on offer after induction period, likely split either 2-3 days per week in the office.
Salary £30-34k, top end would be reserved for candidates with experience of continuous improvements within the customer journey.
