The focus of this position is to support management and the wider team with an effective running of the customer service division!

Duties within the role will include:

Overall management and supervision of Calls both inbound and outbound

Ensuring the team answer customer emails promptly and effectively

Updating the internal system activity

Day to day running ad management of the customer support team

Acting as first point of contact for any escalated issues

Have a strong understanding of the company strategy to ensure the improvement of customer service division

Update and review the responsibilities of the department

Have a great understanding of the customer journey to improve efficiency of division

Weekly analysis of customer calls

Promoting company values

Support management with the analysis and monitoring of customer complaints

Checking reviews via social media

Work towards targets and coordinate internal teams

The ideal candidate will have:

3+ years of experience in a team leader title

Experience customer analysis

Excellent communication skills

Have excellent problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills
