Customer Service Team Leader
Title: Team Leader Customer Services - Banking
Hours: 9-5, Mon-Fri
Hybrid: 2 days a week in Milton Keynes - 3 days WFH
Founded in 2007 our client is one of the fastest growing banks of their kind in the UK. They offer personal and corporate savings products and finance for UK residential and commercial property, in addition to sourcing and advising on UK real estate investments.
Due to growth within the business, they are now looking to acquire the services of a Team Leader to manage a customer service team dealing with calls and emails. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for inspirational leadership of a team of around 6 customer service advisors.
Key responsibilities
- Line Manager responsibility for c.6 customer service advisors within banking
- Monitoring of SLAs, customer satisfaction, FCA compliance, TCF, adherence to the bank's values, policies and procedures
- Use of management information for reporting purposes
Key Skills required.
- Demonstrable experience of being a strong and inspiring leader (preferably within Banking but definitely within Financial Services)
- Flexible in approach, and rational when faced with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of customer service.
