Due to continuing expansion our client, a national service company, is actively seeking a flexible and reliable Customer Service Team Leader to support, manage, train and the Customer Service team and develop talent to prepare and produce future leaders.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:
As a successful candidate you will have a solid background within a sales or customer service role with experience of leading and motivating others in the workplace, a proficient knowledge of standard office practices and procedures is also essential.
You will also possess outstanding communication skills, both written/ verbal (fluency in a second language could be advantageous but not essential) together with excellent IT, organizational skills and the ability to develop positive internal and external partnerships.
