Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well known organisation based in Purley, who are looking for Customer Service/Complaints Handlers to join their buzzy team!

This is very different to the average Customer Service role; you will be handling incoming calls and taking information, asking questions to ensure high quality of information is obtained, liaising with internal and external contacts, figuring out delays to shipments and resolving. You will handle and resolve complaints regarding order and delivery issues.

Specific responsibilities of the role:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Asking pertinent questions to obtain accurate information
  • Resolving issues
  • Dealing with export/shipments
  • Handling complaints
  • High volume call handling
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a Customer Service/Administrator role and handling complaints
  • Ideally Export experience but this isn't essential
  • Confident and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
