We are delighted to be supporting an innovative Ed-Tech company in their search for a technical customer success analyst. This is a fast-paced and varied position where you will be providing first line support to their partners in schools, responding to all enquiries, problem solving and listening to customers to find the best solution. The ideal candidate will be passionate for delivering first class customer service, who is inquisitive and enjoys investigating problems.

The responsibilities of the Customer Success Analyst:

  • Answering and resolving customer queries, via the phone, webchat and emails.
  • Working collaboratively with your team members to identify problems and coming up with solutions together.
  • Making sure the database and customer records are kept up to date.
  • Collating customer feedback and sharing key trends.
  • Contributing to daily and weekly meetings with suggestions.
  • Managing and organising projects from start to finish.

The ideal person will have:

  • Has worked in a customer service role and a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong investigator and problem solver.
  • Building solid relationships with school partners.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to hare ideas and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Understanding of the national educational landscape is desirable but not essential.
  • Confident in answering any phone calls and emails.
  • Experience using a CRM or MIS system and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
