Customer Service Advisor

Location: Nottingham City Centre
Salary:£25,000 + £1,500 annual bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (8 AM - 6 PM)
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll support customers via phone, webchat, and email, providing clear and efficient assistance. Your role will include:
? Handling a high volume of inquiries
? Using scripts and templates for clear communication
? Meeting performance targets (quality, satisfaction, compliance)
? Navigating multiple systems to resolve issues
