Seeking s proactive New Homes Customer Services Executive to guide new homeowners through every step of their journey, from exchange of contracts to the end of their two-year warranty. You'll work across two of London's most prestigious new developments in Waterloo and Canary Wharf.

What you'll be doing:
Acting as the trusted point of contact for homeowners, keeping them informed and supported.
Carrying out home demonstrations, inspections, and flawless handovers.
Managing any defects sensitively and efficiently, working closely with contractors.
Helping move-ins run smoothly, from booking lift access to welcoming clients on day one.
Keeping detailed, organised records on Salesforce, ensuring every client interaction is tracked.
Key details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
