Customer Services Representative Arabic Speaking

Their online contractor management database connects corporations with safe, reliable contractors and suppliers from capital-intensive industries.

Position Overview:

The Arabic Customer Services Representative, based in London, will support contractor/supplier clients, conduct training, and handle inquiries. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required, and a language test will be conducted.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively service and support contractor/supplier clients
• Conduct training via phone, web, and face-to-face meetings
• Handle client account management functions, including invoicing and collections
• Field incoming calls and troubleshoot problems
• Assist with CRM and system testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and email applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
