Your new role
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a member of a small, dedicated team.
With a variety of responsibilities including end-to-end customer service, strong communication with customers, developing new business with existing and new customers, staying up-to-date on industry developments and product knowledge, and ensuring the safety of yourself, colleagues and customers using the business' products and services, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer services professional.
This is a full-time role, working 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-2pm Friday.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must be able to evidence a minimum of 1 year's experience working as a Customer Service Representative in either a Manufacturing or Distribution workplace.
- You must be able to undertake all activities involved in order management.
- Actively involved in transactional problem-solving.
- Proficient with the Microsoft 365 suite, in particular Excel and Windows environments.
- Ability to work in a collaborative space-Written and verbal presentation skills.
- Database extraction.
- Flexible, self-motivated and strive to achieve customer happiness goals and targets.
- Digital literacy.
- Flexible, self-motivated with shown initiative.
- Knowledge or customers' industry.
- Outstanding customer relations and active listening skills.
- Ability to learn Customer Service software applications.
