Summary of the Role
 
We are a leading company specializing in exporting pets worldwide. We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our friendly team in Colnbrook. This is a niche role where you'll be taking bookings, providing quotes, and ensuring the safe and smooth transportation of beloved pets. Whether you have customer service experience or are well-versed in export logistics, we offer training packages to help you succeed.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome pets and their owners, ensuring a warm and friendly environment.
  • Bookings and Quotes: Handle customer inquiries, take bookings, and prepare quotes for pet export services.
  • Logistics Coordination: Prepare shipments and coordinate with drivers for transportation to Heathrow Airport.
  • Pet Transport: Occasionally transport pets yourself in the company van, requiring a valid driving licence.
Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 1 hour lunch break
