Customer Service - Contract Account Manager

  • Deal with existing clients and respond to new enquiries
  • Building on customer relationships to firm up renewed contracts
  • Researching your competitor pricing to ensure you are top in the marketplace
  • Aftersales business development with you contractors
  • Sending out contracts and future changes
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, business development activities, and quotation outcomes.
  • Pro-actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.

Experience for Customer Service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
