TRAINING WILL BE 2-4 WEEKS IN LONDON

THE "CustomerService" Role

As Customer Services you will be:

• Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
• Checking to ensure responses are logged and dealing with clients within set time-scales
• Updating the central system with client query progress
• Working as part of a busy team to SLA and KPI markers

CUSTOMER Services Requirements

The Customer Services candidate should have:

• Previous Customer services experience from an office environment
• Able to multi task and work within a busy team
• Deliver first class Customer Service via phone and email and livechat

Mon to Fri - no weekends
