TRAINING WILL BE 2-4 WEEKS IN LONDON
THE "CustomerService" Role
As Customer Services you will be:
- Point of contact for enquiries via phone and email
- Checking to ensure responses are logged and dealing with clients within set time-scales
- Updating the central system with client query progress
- Working as part of a busy team to SLA and KPI markers

CUSTOMER Services Requirements
The Customer Services candidate should have:
- Previous Customer services experience from an office environment
- Able to multi task and work within a busy team
- Deliver first class Customer Service via phone and email and livechat
Excellent salary and benefits await with this Customer Service role
Mon to Fri - no weekends
