Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Heywood. Our client is a leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics company with offices worldwide. They are looking for a Customer Success Co-Ordinator to help manage their growing portfolio of clients.

Working hours are - Full time, Monday - Friday, 9-5

Responsibilities:

This role will involve being the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will form part of a team that manages over 600 customer accounts with which you will develop and maintain relationships with important customers.

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the business to help customers as best as possible
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers over the phone, email and in person when required
  • Ensure all queries are handled in a timely manner and as accurately as possible
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the relevant needs of accounts are met
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel both internally and externally
  • Maintain and develop the CRM system
  • Work with an existing supplier base
  • Achieve customer objectives defined by company management

Profile:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated
  • Computer literate with Office and CRM systems
  • Experience working in a customer facing role
  • Experience with Account Management is desirable
