Customer Success Coordinator

Location: Bury

Salary: £25,000

Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Bury who is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to join their busy team.

Working hours are - Full-Time Monday to Friday

As Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for over 600 customers, the main responsibilities of this role will be:

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the business
  • Manage upwards of 600 existing customers
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers
  • Be the main point of contact
  • Handle requests and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with internal and external departments
  • Maintain the CRM System

Skills required as Customer Success Coordinator: -

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to work as part of a team and by yourself
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM Software *desirable
  • Account Management experience *desirable

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to deadlines
