Im working with a leading provider of secure collaboration software used by Defence, Government and Healthcare organisations. We're looking for an energetic Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to join our growing team.
As the Customer Success Manager / Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between our users and the powerful features of our software. Working across all sectors and company sizes, you'll use your Customer Success / Account Management skills to collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how the product can be the perfect solution.
You will be involved in Account Management, Account Growth and Project Management
If you have worked in an Account Management/ Customer Success role with a solid understanding of software systems, then this could be the role for you.
Due to the nature of the work you will need to be able to undergo Security clearance at a high level or already hold SC clearance.
