Introduction

I am delighted to be exclusively retained by a long-standing client of mine, a well-established, customer centric SME SaaS provider, who through positive change and exciting growth plans for 2025, are now looking for a new Customer Success Manager to support the Director of Customer Strategy ( the most amazing lady ever) in developing relationships, streamline onboarding and implementation of a faultless customer journey.

This opportunity is staggering for the right person to really help grow the business. The leadership is fun, personable and supportive but have high standards within the team and culture and a high standard of service to its client is expected.

Although an established, award-winning SaaS provider, the opportunity ahead is more about start up, get stuck in and roll up your sleeves mentality.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Analyse customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, best practices, and strategies

Manage onboarding and implementation processes for clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of products and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer success - This is not a sales account manager role.

Must have is coming from a SaaS background

Implementation of an exceptional customer journey road map.

Full driving licence required as you will be attending client visits throughout the UK
