CUSTOMER SUCCESS RESEARCH MANAGER

UP TO £50,000

LONDON BASED

We are working with a rapidly growing market research agency who use their in-house SAAS platform to streamline quantitative and qualitative research projects for their clients. This is a new role in their customer success team where you'll be overseeing projects from end to end, and be hands-on with scripting and managing key client relationships.

The Customer Success Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train new customers to their in-house platform
  • Script various surveys and questionnaires
  • Develop and manage customer relationships.
  • Analyse and monitor tool usage, help assess areas for improvement and how to implement

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Customer Success Manager will have:

  • A background in operations within research, with 2+ years' experience
  • Experience working with quantitative data
  • Great communicator
  • Scripting experience, knowledge of tools such as Qualtrics, decipher and confirmit are beneficial
  • Knowledge of Q/SPSS is desirable
