Job Title: Customer Support Administrator

Salary: £27,000

Location: Coleshill, Birmingham

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4pm Friday

Overview

Working within the customer service team for a company committed to working with sustainable materials to reduce waste and consider the environmental impact of everything they do.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Liaising with existing customers by phone and email
  • Taking orders and processing through the system
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience at all times
  • Manage and maintain business by building on relationships
  • Follow business processes and update computer systems
  • Building and maintaining effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Working to ad hoc incentives

Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
  • Numerate
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to think and react fast and accurately and be proactive
  • Team player
  • Target driven
  • An achiever
  • Effective time management

In return for your hard work, you will earn a starting salary of £27,000 plus profit share and excellent benefits.
