My Tewkesbury based client are seeking a Customer Support & Credit Control Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service and handle credit control responsibilities.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and promptly address customer orders, queries, or issues.
  • Liaise with team members, colleagues, clients, and the office to ensure efficient communication and documentation.
  • Perform various administration and finance duties, including stock administration and ensuring complete inbound and outbound paperwork.
  • Respond to incoming enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner, directing clients and suppliers appropriately.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with payment terms and flag any concerns regarding non-payment to management.
  • Chase outstanding debts and maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse/dispatch and sales teams to share relevant information and address customer needs and concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in administration support within a retail or construction environment.
  • Familiarity with finance processes such as credit control, invoicing, and delivery notes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn bespoke company software.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a multi-cultural work environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and professional demeanour.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.
