Customer Support Advisor
Customer Support Advisor required by a leading provider of Satellite Communications. Our client have a global presence including offices in 10 countries and have 250 staff globally. Our client are debt free, in a financially strong position and continue to grow their operations further. There is an excellent opportunity to learn more about satellite constellations such as Starlink by Space X from Elon Musk and Kuiper by Amazon!
This role will involve supporting customers over the phone and face to face and helping to resolve their IT/Technical/Satellite issues. Good problem solving skills are required for this role.
The successful candidate will have the following essential skills and experience:
- Must have an IT qualification or certification - this could be a HND/BTEC/A Level/Degree in Computer Science or a related field. CCNA or CompTIA or something similar would also be sufficient.
- Must have good strong customer service or customer support skills gained from a current or previous roles. Customer service or Customer Support experience can be gained from Non-IT roles.
- Must be willing to work on a shift pattern of 4 on and 4 off including covering days and/or nights with hours from 8-8 or 9-9 or 10-10
