  • Position: Customer Support Coordinator
  • Location: Birmingham
  • On site role with free parking
  • Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm, Friday: 8am - 12:30pm

My client is looking for a motivated individual to become the newest member of our team as Customer Support Coordinator. You will be the key point of contact for customers warranty and support needs, helping to ensure they always receive the highest levels of service.

Role

  • Controlling end-to-end customer support process
  • Taking, logging, finding solutions for customer calls
  • Develop customer service process
  • Liaise with network of agents
  • Life cycle of support - logging nature of defects, parts used etc for future reference

Ideal Candidate

  • Customer service experience with a passion to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Experience in Salesforce is advantageous
  • Organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple ways to customers, suppliers and agents

Package

  • £24,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience
  • 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • An extra day off for your birthday
  • Half day Fridays!
