I am seeking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a team of 5, dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction through the Supply Chain process.

 The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service, accurately process orders, and ensure timely delivery.

Day to Day of the Customer Support Coordinator ole:

  • Manage the execution/administration of Sales Contracts in compliance with company policies.
  • Book transport to meet delivery dates as per contractual terms, negotiating with logistical service providers for competitive pricing.
  • Invoice orders in alignment with Sales contracts and company compliance.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including export documentation.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
  • Record OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery information.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers placing orders and process urgent requests.
  • Manage stock holding and process sample orders.
  • Maintain accurate records in the system and ensure reports match shipping documents and final invoices.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the Customer Support Coordinator role:

  • Education to GCSE standard minimum.
  • Excellent commercial communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in learning new CRM systems and advanced numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Independent initiative and high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • A self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and a team player.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Excellent time management and good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to adapt to new requirements.
  • Must have experience in Logistics and Sales.

Benefits and Additional information for the Customer Support Coordinator role:

  • Salary between £31,000 - £33,000
  • Monday – Friday, Full Time 08:30 – 17:00
