Customer Support Executive

Due to expanding operations in Northern Ireland, my client has a vacancy for a Customer Support Executive to join their thriving team.

What Will You Be Doing?

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to act as an intermediary between us and our customers. The key functions and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Inbound/Outbound Sales: Engage with new and existing customers.
  • Customer Advice: Provide advice on finance products and services.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, updating them on their customers' finance applications.
  • System Management: Accurately manage and maintain customer records, and submit customer applications to our finance lenders.
  • Communication: Handle emails and manage inbound/outbound call queues.
  • Document Review: Ensure all customer documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Experience and Education:
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of inbound and/or outbound sales experience with high call volume is essential.
Skills Required:
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Ability to work as part of a team and independently to meet deadlines.
  • High-Pressure Handling: Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
  • Sales Drive: Motivation to hit sales targets and progress within the role and department.
  • Sales Interest: Genuine interest in sales and the associated administrative tasks.
Where Will You Be Working?

This opportunity is hybrid with 1-2 days a week in the office.

  • Competitive salary 22 - 25k per annum.
  • Hybrid with flexible working hours between Monday to Friday.
