What you’ll be doing as a Customer Support Executive: - Processing and managing customer orders using SAP
- Responding quickly and helpfully to customer enquiries via email, online portals, and live chat
- Handling pricing queries and arranging special delivery requests with couriers
- Working closely with the global planning and logistics teams
- Investigating and resolving any customer complaints with care and attention
- Using Excel, Teams, CRM systems, and AI tools
- Being involved in continuous improvement initiatives
We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who: - Has previous experience in order processing using SAP (essential)
- Is confident using IT systems – experience with e-commerce platforms and live chat would be a real bonus
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers and colleagues alike
- Has a genuine passion for delivering a brilliant customer experience
- Is curious, proactive, and enjoys being part of a supportive team
This role has been created due to expansion, so you'll be stepping into a business that's investing in its future, and yours!
You will be working Monday–Thursday, 09:00–17:30, with a discretionary early finish at 16:00 on Fridays.
