Customer Support Specialist- Part time hours

- Temporary to Permanent Contract
- Birmingham
- Flexible hours - Up to 28 hours a week
Responsibilities Included:
- Providing first-line support to clients and customers
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Providing regular updates to clients and customers on the status of their support requests
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Managing general enquiries
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to use your own initiative
- Customer Service Experience
