Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers in navigating websites and online dashboards.
  • Providing VIP-level customer service with prompt and efficient responses.
  • Clearly explaining products and services to users of all technical abilities.
  • Troubleshooting issues and ensuring customers always leave satisfied.

Benefits & Working Hours:

  • Rotating shift pattern: standard hours 9-6, with shifts of either 7-4 or 9-6.
  • 23 days holiday, increasing with service.
