Customer Coordinator – Up to £35,000 + bonus based in North West London – Property sector

My leading luxury property development client is seeking a Customer Coordinator to support to the Customer Service Managers in liaising and coordinating between purchasers, their agents, contractors and all departments within the business, this role will be based at a current site near Ealing. 

Duties Include:
  • Provide overall administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
  • Be the first point of contact to Customers relating to telephone enquiries to the department.
  • Raise Site instructions, Minor Works Orders and process invoices ensuring records are kept updated and relevant documentation.
  • Updating customers during the course of defects being closed.
  • Input customer details and plot details onto the database.
  • Log all calls coming into office onto database and pass on to the relevant recipient.
  • Produce information for Board Reports and Management reports.
  • Assist in the co-ordination of handover packs.
  • Updating related parts of the business, 3rd party agents and solicitors on anticipated completion dates of customers’ homes
  • Diary management for managers/site managers & other contractors

Experience / Skills Required:
  • Ideally have working knowledge of the property and construction industries
  • Excellent administration and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with Customers, business contacts and internal teams
  • Organised with the ability to multitask
  • Professional and forward thinking
