Cyber Security Project Manager

6 month contract (extensions likely) - fully remote - £500 - £600/day

An excellent opportunity for a Cyber Security Project Manager to join a global retailer working on major projects in Europe. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cyber security projects in the region.

The role will be done fully remotely and will work closely with programme managers based in both Australia and the USA - so previous experience working across different time zones would be beneficial.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the management of cyber defence security projects in the European region
  • Providing support and guidance to resources in the project team, enabling the design and implementation of enterprise level cyber defence solutions
  • Understanding project objectives, present technology and the regional cyber defence maturity
  • Guide and direct effective global project teams to design, build and implement cyber security solutions
  • Developing achievable roadmaps

Does this sound like you?

  • 5+ years’ experience of cyber security project management
  • Extensive experience of security risk mitigation within enterprise level teams
  • Strong knowledge of security tools, solutions and principals to address risk mitigation
  • Experience across secure design & architecture, security operations and security assurance
  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
  • Experience around GRC / ZTNA / data protection
