Cyber Security Team Lead

As the Cyber Security Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a talented team of cyber security experts. You will lead by example, driving best practices and ensuring our clients' systems are secure. Your role will involve:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the cyber security team
- Developing and implementing security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
- Responding to and managing security incidents and breaches
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures
- Keeping abreast of the latest security trends and technologies
- Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cyber security professional, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
- Strong understanding of network security, encryption, firewalls, and threat detection
- Experience with NGFW
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable
