My client is a Wholesaler based in North Yorkshire who have recently gone through a migration onto D365 BC V24 with a SaaS integration. The company has grown from a turnover of £20 million to £80 million since 2016 and with a second insurgence of investment they are looking to grow further via acquisition they are needing systems to keep up with the company growth. User level will look to expand from 150 to 300 over the next 2-years.

This meaning they are looking for a Systems Specialist to come in and help with all internal functionality and improve process improvement and utilize everything around Business central.

Key Responsibilities:
  • D365 BC system administration as the Group’s principal ‘Super User’.
  • Proactive development of D365 BC processes.
  • User support & training to all departments.
  • Help to identify system upgrade and development to improve capability, efficiency and reliability.
  • Working alongside the Project & IT teams to deliver Dynamics improvements.
  • Proactive implementation & review of appropriate documentation.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Key Requirements:
  • Three years of experience working daily with D365 Business Central / NAV
  • D365 BC /NAV System Administrator or system wide Super User experience
  • Willing to travel to Yorkshire 3-days a week.
