Dynamics 365 CE and Policy Systems Technology Manager
Location: Manchester - 2 days per week
Salary: £85,000 per annum

I have partnered with a growing end user seeking a dedicated Dynamics 365 CE and Policy Systems Technology Manager to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to influence and improve the technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

* Systems Improvement: Shape and deliver improvement projects for our Sales, CRM, and Policy Administration systems.
* Production Support: Manage system support, working closely with business operations to minimize post go-live manual support.
* Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of 5+ business analysts, overseeing their project assignments and performance.
* Process Improvement: Enhance methods for requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years in Project Management or Senior Business Analyst roles, with experience in CRM and Policy Admin systems.
* Proven track record in requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.
* Experience managing on-shore and off-shore development teams using agile methodologies.
* Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g., Prince 2).
* Excellent relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external suppliers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
