Job Description

This exciting D365 CE Project Manager role gives the successful applicant to join an award-winning business specialising in digital transformations.

My client is seeking a proactive, experienced D365 CE Project Manager to play a pivotal role in their varied D365 CE projects across several industries, ensuring their clients receive the best D365 CE solutions, on-time and on-budget.

They offer a flexible, hybrid working role with 2/3 days a week on-site in Edinburgh and a starting salary of up to £85k dependent on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time and on-budget.
  • Lead the creation of relevant project processes and documentation
  • Establish what each project needs and determine the necessary business resources to implement CRM systems, defining the strategy and objectives of each client.
  • Understand the clients business needs and challenges specific to their sector.
  • Identify potential challenges and communicate with the necessary teams to reduce risk and ensure project is delivered to agreed timescale and budget.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Project Manager role with Dynamics (Partner Experience preferable but not essential).
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams using clear communication.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional D365 CRM solutions.
