Location: London Head Office Hybrid

Reports To: D365 Delivery Manager

Scope of Responsibility:

This role involves providing support, system administration, and analysis for the company's ERP system across its global operations.

Job Purpose:

As a Dynamics 365 Senior System Support Analyst, you will manage and support the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP environment, ensuring that internal stakeholders' needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support for business system-related support tickets and escalate cases to third-party service providers as needed.
Collaborate with key business users to support system configuration, data setup, and maintenance activities.
Capture and document requests for system changes and enhancements.
Provide guidance and training to end-users as required.
Assist in the creation of user guides to facilitate training and issue resolution.
Support delivery activities by creating change control documents and testing changes before deployment. Assist technical teams with D365 system analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration.
Participate in data management activities with relevant data owners and stakeholders.
Ensure ongoing compliance with Computer System Validation guidelines.


Experience and Education Requirements:

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
Cost Management Experience
Accounting knowledge and experience.
ERP experience, particularly in Finance functional areas.
Desirable experience with ERP systems in Supply Chain and Human Resources.
Experience with the full development lifecycle, including requirements capture, analysis, design, testing, documentation, maintenance, and configuration management.
Desirable experience in the pharmaceuticals or international supply-chain/distribution industries.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluency in English.
Relevant academic qualifications.
