About the client
The Management Recruitment Group is seeking Damp and Mould Manager for a leading housing provider in London.

Accountabilities

  • Management of a damp, mould and disrepair team
  • Responsible for budget control and spend
  • Management of disrepair cases and claims
  • Ensure targets and performance objectives are met
  • Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with HHSRS
  • Operational management
  • Management of inspection work, complex faults, post inspections
  • Ensure building standards are adhered to
  • Management of responsive repairs, voids, planned and cyclical repairs


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience conducting surveys and inspections in compliance with HHSRS regulations
  • Managerial experience
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Experience leading on repairs, maintenance, voids and all activities associated with damp, mould and condensation
