Personnel Selection are pleased to be working alongside this excellent business based in Petersfield, who are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator (Operations Executive). 

This is a hybrid role with the arrangement of 3 days at head office – Petersfield (Monday – Wednesday) and 2 days Hybrid (Thursday – Friday). You may be asked to work at head office on Hybrid days on occasions.

The basic salary is from £28,000 (Dependant on Experience) benefits include:

  • 25 Days, plus all Public Holidays (After successful completion of probation)
  • Company will match pension contributions up to 5% of salary

  • Friday -  8:00am – 4:30pm
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day
  • 39.5 hour working week

We are looking for a confident communicator, who has solid experience in administration and has used CRM systems (in particular MS Dynamics 365) and is able to represent data accurately. 

An adeptness in business requirement analysis and a focus on reducing development effort and simplifying deliver, alongside excellent presentation skills are essential. 

You must be able to display good judgement and initiative and be well-versed with building professional relationships. 

Duties will include:

  • Data Steward for the CRM ensuring the information is accurate and reliable
  • Gather and document business processes and best practice, advise on future state improvements
  • Managing the development and customisation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to align with business needs and requirements working with third party IT consultants.
  • Acting as the primary contact for Microsoft Dynamics internally, offering daily support to super users and commercial team members, and ensuring best practices through Definition Handbooks, Quick Start Guides, and user trainingOnboarding and managing students & their studies
  • Build of qualification content & material in Learning Management System (LMS)
  • To assist with student interaction, to support to help them complete their qualification/course and provide excellent customer service
