Our client, a rapidly expanding Financial Technology company is hiring for a Data Analyst to join their Decision & Pricing team.

As a Data Analyst, you'll support the Decision and Pricing team to enhance company and portfolio performance through data analysis and strategic design.

Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring and improving customer account collection strategies.
* Experience manipulating large datasets in any of the following: Python, SQL, or R
* Assisting in developing new strategies using SQL/Excel.
* Highlighting and presenting performance insights to Senior Management.
* Supporting data team ETL processes and ad hoc business tasks.

Qualifications:
* Essential: University degree/Master/PhD in Mathematics or a related analytical field, Excel proficiency, excellent numerical and commercial skills.
* Desirable: Experience in the financial sector, debt management, FCA-regulated environment, and analytics (SQL/R/Python).

Candidate Profile: Highly numerate, commercially minded, self-motivated, and confident in communication at all levels, including senior stakeholders.
Reporting To: Decision Science Manager
