The Role

• Collaborate with various managers to understand their business insight needs, including tracking metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyse large datasets to identify opportunities, and provide actionable insights to drive business success.
• Design, build, and maintain insightful and action-oriented dashboards, reports, and metrics while ensuring data integrity and validity.
• Communicate and present findings to key stakeholders across the company.
• Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Work closely with operations, data, R&D, finance, and other teams within the company.

You

• 3-6 years' of experience as a data/business analyst with a strong background in statistical analysis.
• Extensive experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Strong understanding of business operations.
• Expertise in SQL and Excel.
• Experience with A/B testing methodology
• Ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex quantitative analysis clearly and visually to aid decision-making.
