About the Role:
Our client, a purpose-driven organisation in the People & OD sector, is seeking a passionate and skilled Data Analyst for a temporary 3-month placement, with the possibility of extension or other arrangements. This role is pivotal in making data insights accessible to a wide audience and improving data management and engagement practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, interpret, and present analytical outcomes to enhance business objectives, KPIs, and other performance indicators
- Use performance analytics to improve evidence-led decision making
- Enhance data reporting and analytics for member satisfaction and commercial growth
- Assess data accessibility and quality, undertake basic and advanced analytics, including statistical analytics and performance management approaches
- Explore automation and AI opportunities in current processes
- Develop performance measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analytics
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work with other data professionals to create a professional data service
- Strong background in performance data management, manipulation, analysis, and visualisation
- Proficiency in developing insights and intelligence for targeted action
- Ability to trailblaze new ways of working, influence change, and introduce best practice frameworks
- Competency in using Google Analytics, Looker, Microsoft SSMS, SSRS, and PowerBi
- Enthusiasm for collaboration, sharing knowledge, and ongoing personal development
