The role:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the operations team, focusing on ensuring data accuracy and consistency throughout the company’s supply chain. You will primarily review and analyse data on goods ordered versus the actual quantity received, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that all data reflects real-world conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed data analysis on goods ordered versus goods received to validate inventory levels and input accuracy in the system.

- Utilise advanced Excel skills (such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, and formulas) to organise data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the supply chain, inventory, and procurement teams to resolve any data inconsistencies and improve data quality.

- Create regular reports highlighting key findings, discrepancies, and recommendations for process improvements.

- Support the management team by providing clear and concise data to aid in decision-making.

The Person:

- Experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.

- Strong Excel skills are paramount.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
