THE COMPANY

The business are one of the the world's leading marketing agencies specialised in supporting their clients with optimising their marketing and advertising spend in order to increase business growth. Working with various different clients and brands across multiple industries this role will offer a great opportunity to work one of the agencies biggest clients accounts.

As a Data and Analytics Director, you will get the opportunity to lead the analytics team on one of the agencies most historic and important clients.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understanding the client's objectives, business and KPIs and help grow their businesses through the power of data
  • Support the creation of high quality measurement and reporting
  • Lead the team in providing high quality analytics, insights and recommendations
  • Taking ownership of the day to day work of the team and strategic roadmap of the business
  • Driving the use of analytics across the client account
  • Providing high quality recommendations and presentations to clients

YOUR KEY SKILLS

  • Proven track-record and strong background in marketing analytics (focusing on experimentation, customer journeys and marketing campaigns mainly)
  • Strong technical experience in SQL and Python
  • Strong management experience
  • Marketing agency and/or retail and fashion experience
