We are working with an exponentially growing AI business based in Central London. Their innovative data/AI solutions are revolutionizing the industry, and we are looking for a talented Data Analytics Manager to join the dynamic team.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making within our organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of data science analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights, and driving the development and implementation of data analytics strategies. Additionally, you will be involved in stakeholder management and client engagement to drive business growth and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of data science analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide data-driven solutions.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs, deliver insights, and maintain strong relationships.

• Utilize Python, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze and visualize data effectively.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a team of data science professionals.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis libraries.

• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.

• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
