Data and Analytics Lead

A newly created position within an international professional services organisation with an exceptional cultural reputation has arisen for a hands on, yet also strategic leader to establish and grow a team within the Data and Analytics space.

Based ideally within a commutable distance to Bristol with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, this is an opportunity within a supportive culture to shape and lead a team in your own vision.

With demonstrable internal and external stakeholder management experience within a professional services/ regulated environment combined with an ability to "roll your sleeves up" and help to shape the future of the Data and Analytics future, you will enjoy a range of duties including:

• Devise and implement the new data strategy
• Define and oversee a firmwide Data Governance framework
• Work with system owners to ensure we're getting the best from our systems
• Support the growth and development of the generative AI strategy
• Leadership of the virtual data team.
• Future management of the Data & Analytics team.
• Act as a thought leader for data, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrate leadership to help the organisation become more engaged with data, and understand its importance
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the firm
