The business specialises in the supply, installation, configuration, training and support of Sage software to well over 1,000 businesses. We are one of Sage’s most successful business partners, delivering excellent Sage 50, Sage 200 and Sage Payroll implementations to all businesses, also specialising in the Manufacturing vertical market. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce integrated excel reports and Microsoft Power BI dashboards by obtaining data from Sage/SQL data sources using Microsoft Power Query
  • Produce bespoke reports and layouts for customers using Sage Report Designer.
  • Deliver scheduled Sage 50, Cim50 and Sage 200 installation, configuration and implementation consultancy via remote web access and onsite.
  • Provide reactive Sage 50, Cim50 and Sage 200 support services to customers via telephone and remote web access.
  • Ensure that customer enquiries and requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain records of work scheduled, in progress and completed are updated accordingly.

  • Have outstanding computer literacy skills.
  • Act with integrity and respect when interacting with clients, employees, suppliers and individuals.
  • Be optimistic about the possibility of personal growth and change
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Excellent customer services. 
  • Any IT / Excel related qualification would be ideal.

Entry Requirements:

Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

  • 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above 
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
