Title: Data Assistant

Location: Bridgewater, Somerset

Salary: £23,000 PA

The Data Assistant, will work as part of the mapping Production team, supporting the

quality through various phases of the migration of data. Client are looking for candidates with previous data entry or technical administration experience that are willing to learn new software skills.

They expect candidates to have great attention to detail, be numerate, have strong Excel skills, initiative, and be quick and enthusiastic to learn new skills.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in using MS Office, internal databases, and software applications
• Advanced MS Excel
• Organised, able to multitask and adhere to deadlines
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail, diligent with a willingness to spend lengthy periods recording

and checking data and identifying issues and discrepancies whilst maintaining

Responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Provide supporting information to the head of data processing, in ensuring accurate and timely data across the team.
• Checking records to ensure that the process runs smoothly and accurately
• Become a data expert to provide assurance on data quality and accuracy.
• Detect problems, collate issues for resolution, identify trends or risks.
• Effectively communicate the results of the quality assurance monitoring to
• management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all client documentation and data.
